Me and daddy decided we wanted to take Matteo out to get some fresh air and some time alone from all the guests. First we had to work out how to fit the carseat to the pushchair! Didn't take us long. Made sure Matteo was clean and fed, then wrapped him up warm. He was quite happy to go into his carseat and soon fast asleep. Daddy remembers Matteo's little head popping out with his lovely wooly hat on. We headed to Merry hill, on the outside there's a big Mothercare World, ideal place to spend some money on our little man. As Matteo was so small we needed some tiny baby clothes for him. We proudly walked around the shop chosing new little outfits for our son. He stayed asleep quite some time, enough time for me to try on some new breastfeeding tops and to book us in for a family photo session. As we were heading to the till he woke, only a little cry, he didn't make a big fuss. Daddy went to pay and took Matteo to the parents room. As I sat there feeding him, i was hoping another mummy would join me so i could show him off. He's just so gorgeous, i was so proud and happy.
