Matteo Santorelli was born at home on October 27, 2011, weighing 5lbs 9oz. Matteo sadly passed away on November 5, 2011, 9 days old. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his family and friends.

Your mummy is so brave. Today she jumpedout of a plane in your name. Like you, we are ever so proud of her. She has raised so much towards tiny tickers. Miss you son, love daddy. xx
