Matteo arrived very quickly into the world, at home, delivered by his nanny Pat! We were all so proud and totally in love with our little boy. Matteo stayed with us a further 9 days. In those precious days we spent much of our time admiring our son, many cuddles, kisses and sweet whispers of our dream future together. His big sister gave him lots of love, she was so proud and still is, she shared our joy. Sadly Matteo passed away, suddenly and unexepectedly due to a rare heart condition only 9 days old. We will treasure those precious memories forever and are so grateful for the time we had. Love you always Son, Brother, Grandson, Great-Grandson, Nephew, Little Friend. Forever in our hearts.
